Terms of service

The agreement between you and Senin Mail. Please read it; it's written to be understood.

01Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Senin Mail you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02The service

Senin Mail is an email client. It connects to mailboxes you own or are authorised to use, and lets you read, organise and send mail from them in one place. We don't provide email addresses or mailboxes ourselves.

03Early access

The service is in early access. Features may change, and there may be bugs or interruptions. It is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged, and you'll choose whether to subscribe.

04Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password safe, and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

05Connected mailboxes and provider terms

You may connect only mailboxes you own or have permission to access. Your use of Gmail, Outlook and any other provider remains subject to that provider's own terms, which can include limits on connections and sending. We aren't responsible for your provider's availability, policies or actions.

06Acceptable use

Please don't use Senin Mail to:

  • send spam, phishing, malware or anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing;
  • access accounts or data you aren't authorised to use;
  • probe, attack or overload the service, or bypass its limits or security;
  • reverse engineer the service except where the law allows, or resell it without our permission.

We may suspend access to protect the service, other people or ourselves.

07Your mail and content

Your mail and files remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to process them to run the service for you (for example, to fetch, cache, display and send them). You're responsible for what you send.

08Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as mail providers and hosting services. We aren't liable for their failures, but we'll tell you when a connection problem is on their side where we can.

09Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes.

10Ending your use

You can stop using Senin Mail at any time by disconnecting your accounts, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service. Your mail at your provider isn't affected.

11Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't warrant that it will meet every need or that mail will always be delivered or synced without delay.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Senin Mail isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll revise the date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of the service is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
